  1. Is there an age limit to be an artist/singer. Also I am an older artist but I'm good and can write but the problem I'm facing is my younger rival is having me group stalked and have spreaded untrue rumors about me. None of that is goingto stop me though but is there an age limit to this whole music business

  2. 4:52 I’m realizing I need a manger. Most of the time I feel idk what I’m doing. Or where to take. I have hella music. I have alot of music cause it’s therapeutic but shid I want success. I want to make a career out of this and add to the music industry but with my own style. I have that mindset to be great but I can’t do it by myself and I’m realizing I need help a team

  3. I feel like having a reputable manager who can advocate for you within the industry even to producers (since 99% you’re independent) is probably the best move you can do for your early career. Even better than TikTok. Especially if you’re based in LA/Nashville/London/Sweden. Right Jesse?

  4. Hi Jesse, throwaway account here. I understand the “attract” part of “attract a manager”, but assuming you have a lot of offer, data to back it up, previous support slots for other up coming acts in your community and a decent fan base etc. is it ok to reach out to labels/managers? Someone I know who had far less than me in all those areas did so, with some respectable sized/known labels and had some good success and replies back. I always thought to NEVER reach out and let them come to you but I’ve been doing this now for a few years, I’m currently on one of the biggest editorials etc. i just feel I have a lot to offer right now and the time is right.

  5. I have so many unreleased songs and I write so many songs, I think that would be really attractive for a potential manager who especially has other artists on their roster. How do I signify that to potential managers?

  6. the mentality is for them to be behind you instead or you being behind them as in your the artist there the label it sounds simple but u have to really think about the basics sometimes and take some time to think
