Vaya!!! jajaja
Google has decreased daily manual request indexing quota from ca. 40 requests per domain down to only 11 requests per user ID regardless how many domains the given user operates. Now it takes much more time to resubmit all important pages back to index which are dropped out from the index at the updates. Is there any explanation why they have done so? I am afraid only 11 requests per user ID is a very – very insufficient quota and this should be increased to a higher level.
Having 301'd urls in the SERP:
Sending a user to a page that then redirects is not good, it adds redirect time the first page load. this can easily add 1/3 of a second for a user on a mobile device. How does that align with the 'make the web fast' initiative?
Haven't been able to find anything on google since that UPDATE
I am seeing 'CLS issue: more than 0.25 (mobile)'. How does this effect SEO? I'm not seeing any issues from a UX perspective.
you should list the questions into the description

Nice work. I’d love to join the next session – how do we stay up up to date?
John Mu replies to the same questions a hundred times. Impressive. He doesn't look boring. I've learned from him SEO stuff and patience that share on my YouTube channel.
Thank you
