Ended up just using github pages lmao. What a way to go, Google.
Didn't work. I just created a blank website and publicshed it, then I went to Google Search Console, pressed on Add New Property and pasted the link the google gave me to share and pasted that in to the URL Prefix and it didn't work.
how do I do this with a regular email? No admin console?

How do you actually upload it? do you just drag and drop the file to the website, and that's it? I don't see anyway how to upload the file, I'm not even sure if the drag and drop method actually works.

If you want to verify new google site. Use Google Analytics. First create google analytics, choose advance options and check both google analytics 4 and universal. You need universal analytics code to verify site analytics. To verify site analytics, find site settings, choose analytics, and input universal analytics code. After that, go to Google Search Console, choose Google Analytics verification method. The end.
