  1. The problem is the org chart, not developer vs SEO; the problem is marketing department vs operations or engineering department. Bottom line for organizations, the people who build the website need to be responsible for how it performs, and that includes traffic. Otherwise you will always have your SEO siloed away from your technical team. Will never work.

  2. Thanks for this video and how much you have been doing and the headaches of the process within not knowing or issues that is just understanding kinda abstract or just not in process but completely of need or terms with someone in another level of people being anywhere but within frame works
