Also, the videos i create are great for users to understanding but are not indexed? could you give a buff to websites that use videos to help explain topics. Can google integrate with youtube captions to confirm high quality content?
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
[02:50] ⚠️ Technical SEO still matters: Basic things like proper rendering, crawlability, and content presence are crucial for Google to understand and rank your site.
[03:19] Focus on internet basics: Understanding how connections and search work step-by-step helps diagnose technical issues and optimize content accordingly.
[04:36] Distinguishing technical vs. quality issues: Tools like Search Console and developer tools help identify technical problems, while traffic drops might indicate quality issues.
[05:45] Troubleshooting traffic drops: First, check if pages are in search. If not, use Search Console's inspection tool to see if Googlebot can access them.
[07:07] Debugging starting point: Google prioritizes homepages, so start by checking their indexing and Googlebot access. If all's well, analyze page content for potential quality issues.
[08:39] Focus beyond traffic drops: Don't solely rely on traffic metrics like impressions or clicks. Consider business impact (sales, conversions) to understand the true SEO effect.
[09:32] ROI & Value Matter: Track the value and ROI of your traffic, not just volume. Irrelevant traffic drops might be positive if they improve overall value.
[10:15] Beware vanity metrics: Ranking for irrelevant terms like "Google" on the Google website inflates traffic but holds no real value. Focus on relevant queries and lower-level pages.
[12:06] Feedback as a faster loop: User feedback (comments, downvotes) can be a quicker indicator of page relevance and usefulness compared to broader traffic metrics.
[13:42] Quality beyond technicals: Content quality is more than just H1s or internal linking. It's about helping users achieve their goals when they land on your page.
[14:47] User perspective shift: Put yourself in the user's shoes and ask if your content adds unique value to the internet compared to existing pages on the same topic.
[15:29] Breaking into saturated niches: Offering unique perspectives or catering to underserved sub-niches can help new sites stand out in crowded online spaces.
[18:33] Low traffic doesn't equal bad content: Don't delete content solely based on low traffic. It might be valuable for niche topics or future search trends.
[19:14] Merge or redirect similar content: Consolidate redundant or overlapping content into stronger, more informative pages.
[19:57] Regular content audits: Regularly reevaluate the relevance and usefulness of your content, considering merging, simplifying, or deleting outdated pages.
[21:08] AI as a tool, not a magic solution: AI like ChatGPT is great for specific tasks, but don't overhype its capabilities. Focus on using it as a tool alongside other SEO strategies.
[21:22] Underrated SEO techniques: Explore underutilized techniques like voice search optimization (beyond just basic voice search markup) instead of outdated methods like Google Plus.
[22:17] Technical SEO: prioritize but don't obsess: Address critical technical issues like crawl errors, especially 500s indicating server problems, but don't get bogged down in fixing every minor 404.
[23:56] 404s: understanding the nuance: Not all 404s are bad. Negatively targeted 404s can be ignored, while server-side 500 errors require investigation.
[24:39] 404 page optimization: be server-friendly: Avoid expensive database lookups on 404 pages. Use static pages or cheap lookups to minimize server load, especially on large sites.
[25:21] H1 and title: similar but not identical: Titles and H1s can be the same for clarity, but don't use clickbait titles unrelated to your content.

[26:43] Next episode: SEO predictions and year-in-review: The next episode will be a year-end special, looking back at 2023 trends and cautiously offering predictions for 2024.
[27:11] *No future promises: While they'll discuss trends, they won't make any official SEO predictions for the future. *

Being super brand new to seo and understanding google in the context of my blog I’m not smart enough for this video I guess. A lot of the sarcasm (I think) went over my head. Not sure what is important and what isn’t. Do you have suggestions of yt channels, or videos I should watch on this channel to learn the basics of getting my blog posts to be seen and rank on google search?
sir pleas reply
I’ve liked 6 videos now and I’ve always been 621 😂
Thanks for it. Regarding Technical SEO issues, how to deal with UTM parameters on Google sites ?
As a website owner and content creator, I try to remember that people these days are reading less and less. I used to read long blog pages, but now I watch videos! Maybe instead of constantly trying to get more traffic to blog posts and product reviews, we should concentrate our efforts on making useful, entertaining, and quality videoes. And it touched a nerve when the speakers mentioned redundency. Really, how many pages about tomatoes do we need? Not 1,770,000,000, that's for sure!
I want to know why Search Console says I have over 1000 unindexed pages but my site only has 200 pages!
Feedback?? About 2 months ago, I spent 20 minutes typing a comment in direct relation to my UK business site, and within 30 minutes your channel deleted it. Google doesn't do feedback. I hear you having a good laugh there, and as they say, Nero fiddled while Rome burned. It's not much of a laugh for me.
So to summarise Google wants you to:
1. De-SEO your pages.
2. Produce less content.
3. If you are still going produce content, do it for topics that make no money.
Clowns!
Good well technical skills are very important in seo approach
My website Seo is 100 but google not index I have same impress
I noticed that now in searchconsole I can only send 10 links manually, because automatic indexing doesn't work for me, but in my pagespeed ranking I have an average of 91, I want to know what I should do to improve this situation
This is kinda funny, because despite following googles advice for the last decade, I find my sites getting out ranked by low quality top 10 SaaS lists going on 5 years now.
How google syatem determine that a page is useful for a user?
