With the more recent updates, over-optimization has become an issue with Google.
I agree and true. but then again, Matt, as usual, didn't give confirmation about Overly Optimization penalization at (0:22) but on their Google Webmaster Blog, it was mentioned there..
I concur and true.
Now or before(went back years ago)? It was hell a lot worst before than "now".. When Google starts kicking overly optimized websites(keyword stuffing and whatnot) SEOs or site owners begun to realize that such practice are being frowned upon by Google.
