I noticed when you search on google now every time you want click on a result google automaticity opens an Ad which is not what user clicked on I am not sure if this is new or just a glitch ?

loved john mu suggestion on business, you need to go where people are, people need to know about your product, then need to like the product and recommend. A website also practically work in same way
