I don't understand why Google has deliberately made such useless and unhelpful documentations of its products. It is as if they are deliberately trying to push people who do not know how to code towards hiring programmers. What a big joke.

Would like to note that this verification method seems to be broken for a number of users, including ourselves, despite having full GTM admin permissions and correct code implementation.
