  1. Here's why SEO really is dead. It's not that SEO isn't important anymore. It's just that it's a bunch of jargon, and it's really outdated. You used to need to focus specifically on SEO, having exactly the right keywords, getting backlinks, and all of those other tactics. But now, Google is smarter. The algo has evolved. And, everything Google speaks about is about the user experience and helpful content. So really, having a fast, user-friendly website that is easy to use, well-organized and delivers helpful, informative, unique content takes care of all of the SEO stuff. Jargon like SEO keeps business owners confused, and it makes them susceptible to malicious marketers – we call it marketing malpractice. Really, when you focus on the customer or the user, it takes care of all the SEO stuff. So why not ditch the jargon and call it Customer Experience Optimization (CXO)?
