  1. what are your thoughts about the fact that playlists will get you less-engaged listeners which means less saves, less playlist adds, which means Spotify will see this lack of engagement as a sign that he song isn't very good or is resonating, which will mean less algorithmic play? Is there something I'm missing?

  2. Very interesting. We are a pretty well established artists of 25 years, but we've been struggling to keep growing and finding our social media strategies and Spotify strategies to be lacking and not getting the results we want. Recently we started using submithub and saw pretty good instant success, so we look forward to implementing some of your strategies as well. Purchased the blueprint, and hope it works for us!

  3. I maintain the "Australian Café Music" Spotify playlist it helps me and so many other Australian artists, but I'm not a fan of playlists with a bunch of random songs, for me it needs to flow and get real listeners

  4. I have watched some other videos/podcasts with Jend and was really happy to see this pathway to success was possible. Probably going to buy this guide later today lol, as I was going to experiment with ads for the first time this Fall on a few singles . Thanks for the video!

  5. The real vibe is that you can have fewer than 5k followers, but if DJs are playing your music, you'll get bookings worldwide in your niche! :))

Thanks for the nice interview, will check the book!

  6. Everything about "becoming a successful" music creator seems to have nothing to do with making music. It doesn't help to complain about it, it is what it is. You just can't make great music and share it, you have to make great music and then do weird hacks or sensational stuff for it to be shared
