It's been incredible how these product enhancements have started to take over the #1 spot for was was traditionally dominated by Amazon category pages, etc. For product category searches directly into Google like "basketballs" or "outdoor basketballs", one would have to assume Google is going to want to show a selection of products in this manner as opposed to just sending searchers to a category page of another site. We've seen that our merchants who have the appropriate product structured data and are optimizing with good "People-First Helpful Content" (using Answerbase's product page optimization workflow)….this improves the position for those merchant listing experiences quite notably.
