  1. Hi Jesse, thanks for all your incredible content, you are editing great thing. I’m wandering what your thoughts are in a different approach where you focus on TikTok and getting/bribing your followers to subscribe to your mailing list. So this is where the deep interaction happens. And just focus on that? So you think it is that easy to get tiktokers emails ??

  2. Awesome video Jesse! Maybe you can help me with one thing: You talked about draingang, Cloudrap and the Peroxide music video. My music is right in that micro-niche, and I am having the most difficulty finding hashtags or an audience at all on TikTok and reels (also Trends, sounds, etc). Any tips n ideas?

  3. What’s up bro love your channel !! Have you heard of TikTok’s new feature?? (sound on) very curious on how this compares & compete with Spotify . Would love to see a video on this ! Thanks ✌🏾👊🏾

  4. Man, your content is priceless! Thanks for another helpful video. If you don't mind an off-topic question: how far do you think an artist can stray from their genre without risking alienating fans? For instance, my music generally falls into the New Wave of Classic Rock niche, but sometimes I feel the need to get a little metal-ish. These aren't radically different (like a country artist who wants to release a ska song), but do you think there's a point where you need to start a separate project?

  5. How often should a new artist with a brand new TikTok post content? Is it better to post fewer, well-conceived and targeted posts (say 2-3 a week) than 5-10 posts a day with no real concept in mind (like many TikTok "Guru's" suggest you should)?

  6. This is some really handy info! One thing I think is good is to focus on YouTube. I said this to myself a few years ago in 2018. YouTube has never gone anywhere it’s a stable platform to grow and there isn’t to much that seems like it will replace it.

  7. Love this! Have seen a lot of my musician friends joining TikTok and just using text-to-speech to make life update posts and it feels so out of place on the platform that I wasn't able to pin-point what made it feel uncomfortable until you worded it like this.

  8. I know this anecdotal and my current reach on TikTok followers and reach isn't huge but I have been seeing more around people being vulnerable and asking some more heartfelt questions similar to Twitter engagement. Do think this just my own experience or something that will continue to develop as more people enter the platform?

  9. I really need to learn the tik tok format. I saw a post the other day that they suppress ugly people's content to keep more people engaged though so I might be out of luck either way. But I really need to suck it up and learn how to use tik tok even though it makes me ill. Probably.. idk

  10. do you think recycling musician vlog clips from a youtube video for short form is being lazy? gary vee wants 4 pieces of content per day for tiktok but says to double dip the vlogs but the cuts seem to lack the hook points needed to do well in short form

  11. This channel is the best. Do you perhaps have some recommendations of some people making good content besides Charli? I am looking around and most of the established indie artists I follow aren't doing a good job (for example they only post clips of their music videos)

  12. I hear a lot of people talk about how TikTok doesn’t like you posting a lot because the content quality oftentimes suffers but what if you have stockpiled content? I’ve been posting 6x a day but all same high quality because they’ve been made already. My question is: does TikTok still stunt your organic reach in this scenario?
