I used it unintentionally for years – my laptop was too weak to handle production and mixing in the same project. So I exported the audio when I was sure about synth sounds, effects and guitar tone. And then opened them in a new project for mixing.
Definitely huge change for me. Been committing to sounds when appropriate, time saver
I typically work on a song for months. I step away from it and get back into it with a different ear and make needed adjustments.
