i have a tik tok account i havent posted on in months and am about to start a campaign for a new song. Ive heard that its better to just start a whole new account if you havent posted in a while so your videos will get pushed more on the FYP. Is there any truth to this?

Hi! I doubt you’re gonna answer this but I’m taking a chance. I’m curious if I make two pretty different genres of music and that in a live concert, I managed to blend them really nice but that on algorithmic playlists they could really sit in two different niches… Would it be better to release all my music as one name which represents my universe or two artist names that target between specifically? I know this question has a lot of implications beyond algorithms but here I guess I’m wondering mostly about that. Thanks a lot! Enjoy your day and thanks for all the consistent info!

Our band has been watching your videos and followed your advice for about a year now, and it's helped us go from literally 100 monthly listeners to almost 20k. And this is even in a kinda niche genre, the same as Sleep Token, Bad Omens etc.
