Such a great resource. Thank you.
Hi John, how many T-shirts do you have :-)? 1 million? Trillions? Just a joke.
48 – Was there a Google algorithm update recently?
04 – In Search Console, can they use a better word rather than “Valid”?
50 – We are an ecommerce site, but someone has linked thousands of spammy (and adult-content anchor text) links to our site that are negatively impacting our rankings? It’d be too time consuming to request a removal of all links every time we post something new, what can we do?
33 – We write content in one language (Swedish) and want to know if embedding a video in another language (English) would hurt our site?
55 – Can single page websites rank?
00 – We had a manual action for our site, we removed bad backlinks, and submitted a reconsideration request. How long before we hear back or is there something else we can do?
35 – Is there anything you’d recommend for improving indexing?
51 – We disavowed a long list of links we didn’t like, we want some back, should we remove them from our disavow file?
54 – If those links were spammy and we remove them from our disavow file all at once, would we see an impact immediately?
37 – We had a duplicate content issue, where some returned 404s, would this result in a penalty?
41 – (Followup from above) Should we create a sitemap specifically to target these 404s?
17 – If I have a list of 404s in my sitemap, will Google disregard my sitemap?
46 – Is it a good idea to use more structured data on foreign language sites?
48 – Will Google ever remove structured data or add more arguments since right now it is limited.
20 – Will Google move away from structured data because it’s better at understanding structured language?
10 – Is there anything you can advise for single-page application sites? Which 30x code should we use to not lose equity?
46 – What channel are link clicks from Google My Business pages bucketed under (direct/referral/organic)?
50 – How important is mobile site speed?
04 – How often do you check the overall quality of content as a whole?
37 – I have a site with an SSL cert and 1 second loading time but it ranks below sites with no SSL and long loading times, what advice can you offer?
15 – Is the Google sandbox real?
30 – If I want to A/B test across desktop, mobile, and AMP, how should I do it?
12 – We’re planning a website switch that will change some URLs, will redirecting those help the new URLs get discovered?
25 – If you’re putting timestamps in the description, you don’t need to apply, correct?
Always a fun listen thanks from #chrispalmerseo

I like this phrase that we're trying to be transparent as possible. Of course, who shares own secrets with others? Bing, Yahoo? Or your business shares secrets with other competitors ))) Another reason is that Black Hat SEOs will use weak side if they know exactly how the Google algo works. Thanks John for your transparency. You help SEO community more than you can imagine.
