Thank you for taking up my question!
Hey John I have a problem in google images but it is impossible to get to speak with anyone about the issue.
Technical problem in google images
I found in google images that a thumbnail image from one of my cooking videos has become attached to other people's videos.
For example if you use the search term veloute sauce and go to images you can find my thumbnail but when you click on the preview window it goes to a Youtube channel called Let's Celebrate TV instead of my youtube channel.
Worse still if you refresh the page but use the same search term veloute sauce this time the preview window goes to a different YouTube channel called Fallow.
At first I thought it was a simple theft of my thumbnail by one YouTuber but when I found my thumbnail connected to 5 different channels I began to believe it was a technical glitch in google results. And I have found the same problem with at least 6 other search terms connected to my Veloute sauce thumbnail.
Since October 12th I have filed a total of 6 DMCA take down notices with google but the problem continues. Youtube believe it to be a technical problem with google images but it is impossible to find anyone in Google to contact.
In September my veloute video was getting 1,000 views a day and now it is getting about 50 days. This is damaging my Youtube channel which has has recently reached the monetised threshhold so this problem could not have happened at a worse time.
This problem started in the middle of September and still continues. I have tried
reaching out to google UK via LinkedIn, but so far got no help.
Besides filing DMCA reports I have sent google feedback but still no response or help or explanation why this problem has occurred.
I have also replaced the original thumbnail on my Veloute video and still the problems persists. Does anyone have a email address of a google employee who can help solve this?
Hello John, I have a question. I operate a website called TransfersGeorgia, offering transportation services in the country of Georgia. However, I frequently receive traffic from the U.S. state of Georgia due to keyword rankings. Despite this, my website is not relevant to U.S. users. What actions should I take, as this situation is impacting bounce rates and click-through rates?
Thanks in advance, Tornike
