Hi Maile, Great video, i agree there are many websites that rank page one in Google and i have clients saying i am on page one of Google and not getting many customers and sales, i also suggest that there website needs to be updated to Responsive website design, secondly try to reduce the images and slider images to improve page speed, also using responsive websites reduce the bounce rate as you don't need to pinch screen on mobile devices to read or purchase Goods.
