So if a site is "mobile first" indexed, will G still consider the desktop version's web vitals as ranking factors or just the mobile version?

Must implement some code to improve the speed of the website with the automatic ads of google, because the speed drops more than 60%. The other factor that google must change is that the pagespeed measurements must be at least with 4G, they do not have to measure with 3G because it is impossible to improve with so little signal.

I think you mean some people, like you, mistakenly pronounce it as "Rejex" when it's actually "Regex," a shortening of REGular Expression this the G sound over the J sound 😉 And absolutely life the outtakes 😂

I'd like to know more about Web Stories surfacing officially on Google Search, Images for the 6 Web (AMP) Stories niches like Travel, Food, Games, etc., as announced in AMP Conf '19. The reality is: Web Stories need to show up so that people can adopt the format. Moreover, the existing creators/publishers need motivation and purpose to publish Web Stories. Please cover this topic in your next videos, if possible.
Web Stories need to show up across the globe and not just in few countries. Else, it's going to be difficult. Coz it's been 3 years! Period.

Nice to have this ULTRA VIDEOS! And please GOOGLE TEAM, consider this feedback: is very noticable that PageSpeed Insigths Lab Data and Ligthhouse cannot measure correctly the Core Web Vitals for the Field Data and Origin Summary. For example my LCP in the tests ALWAYS (100% of the time) gives 0,8 and 1, but in the origin summary i see that in 4,5, in some individual other pages with field data i see that better, sometimes in 3 and some others in worst.
And for last, my website was giving a huge CLS in the Field Data and Origin Summary because of the AdSense responsive ads. It was in the 0,8 [HUGE], but the Lab Data was showing something like 0,072 and 0,068 in the 100% of the tests. Now i fixed that by reserving space for the adsense blocks with a tweak in the AdSense code and my CLS now is droping HEAVLY in the Field Data and Origin Summary. The lab data is showing that now at 0,022.
In the end the lab data is WAY TO SOFT i think, this tool need to show us the reality, so we can REALLY IMPROVE.

I have an issue with Google. I find myself sometimes wanting to delete all my index pages or some. Just a one-button reset that your site has gone through some changes and now you serve different URLs. I really think that webmasters would appreciate that.
Thank you. Could you please put out more information about "Document does not have a valid 'rel= canonical'? Web. Dev/measure tells me I don't have a valid one, Search Console says that I do, SEM Rush tells me that I do as well; Blue Button says that I am "Mismatched." Lighthouse in an incognito window says I don't have a valid rel=canonical too. Some of us are not very "techy," and this issue has got me going around in circles for a week.
My SEO score was 100 up until a week ago, now a 93, so it definitely affects my score; I tried to diagnose as best as I can but to no avail. There is information on youtube, but not very in-depth, I've read numerous articles on the subject, and I've got a better understanding of what to look for, but no fix yet.
I just want to write good content, but if I can't get my young site under control, why to bother; I would hire someone to look into it if I had the means, but like many others, that is not an option at this time.
One more thing, GTmetrix tells me that my CLS is a .25, but it does not reflect that in Page Speed Insights or Web page Test. Web Dev Measure tells me that I have a .006 at this moment, another baffling quandary.

P.s. It might help to add that I have a very simple website, one page using the Acabado theme, hosted by Bleu Host with Cloudflare and Wp Rocket installed; I typically score 100 on desktop and high 90s for mobile.

Ever since the update I've been getting "insufficient HTTPS coverage on your site", even though I have no HTTP pages according to the search console performance report. Is this because the rollout hasn't started yet? I can't find any solutions anywhere, any pointers would be much appreciated.
