  1. Hi John, Loopholes of DMCA notice!!!!

Competitors are sending fake DMCA complaint to manipulate search results. URLs are removing without validating the DMCA notice.

When I am sending counter notice with all the proofs still they are not reinstating the URLs.

It takes around 20 to 25 days to reinstate removed URLs, at that period of time top 5 ranking pages move to 2nd page.

Same page has removed more than 5 times in a year with Fake DMCA notice. Which is making all our efforts to zero.

As per my point of view competition must be fair and healthy.

In past year I have got more than 20 to 30 fake DMCA notice on top 5 ranking pages, after that those ranking pages lost ranking day by day.

Or set a criteria to send DMCA notice for content there must be minimum of 50 words same to same in a sentence.

It is my humble request either give me solution or do validate the DMCA notice and counter notice fairly.

  2. Hi John, thanks for another great video!
I'm planning to move my site from WordPress to Ghost. I'm planning to keep the Ghost urls the same as I had them on WordPress, so that I do not have to worry about redirects. Are there things I need to be especially careful about (re: migrating the site)?
