  1. Working through something similar that this was really timely on. Have the option to expand our current domain with international folders, or brand new domains with ccTLD. Still not sure 100% the direction we're going to go.

    Hi John, We did a 301 redirect from my old domain to a new one with a 1 to 1 url mapping

    turns out the old pages still didnt get deindexed but instead on SERP, it shows a title and description of a new domain URL with old URL instead?

    Does this mean Googlebot didn't recognize the site moved signal? or it takes longer for googlebot to adjust to the site migration? Is there anyway to speed up the process? thanks!

  3. #ASKGOOGLEBOT – So in regards to 301 to a new domain, how long approx before the original SERPS of the first domain to reappear? Its been three months since our URL 301 redirect and we have lost 90% of organic search users
