Shrimp Tostadas (Tortilla Recipe):
2 cups Protein World Oat Flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 cup cold water
Protein World Coconut Oil
Add any toppings of your choice

Crispy Fish & Salad:
1/4 cup Protein World Flaxseed Powder
2 Tbsp whole wheat bread crumbs
2 Tbsp panic bread crumbs
2 Tbsp dried parsley, basil, oregano (or fresh)
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
3-4 filets of white fish (tilapia)
Lemon for garnish

Salad dressing:
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsp Protein World Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp honey
Mix with veggies of choice

Pizza (Crust Recipe):
1-1/4 cups almond flour
4 Tbsp Protein World Psyllium Husk Powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp shredded cheese (reduced-fat)
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup boiling water
Protein World Coconut Oil
1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese
Pizza toppings of choice: faux pepperoni, shredded chicken, red onions, BBQ sauce, black olives, tomatoes, bell peppers, etc.
