  1. I have a problem with the image cropping and cannot find a solution anywhere online, hope you can help me? I created a shop and everything works well, but I cannot crop the images right. I know the settings in the FB commerce manager, I go there and choose "fit image to ad" (in order to get the whole product displayed on the image), and facebook seems to accept my changes, but product images are still shown incomplete (according to the default option, "fill ad with image"). I am using bulk upload, no idea if this can be connected with the problem, but I tried both changing that setting before and after upload and it is not working. In the settings it says that I have chosed fit image to add, but on the products themselves the images are still cropped badly.

  2. Hi, can you choose what country can buy each of your individual
products? Some of my products could be sold overseas but my vegetable
seeds can only be sold within Australia. I wouldn't want someone
outside of Australia accidentally paying for seeds that I can't send and
having to refund money. Can you help?

  3. I don't like it, it's difficult. I sell full time on other platforms and they were all simple. I think FB is trying to be tooo fancy. I like and sell on Marketplace, why can't the setting up of a store be the same simple process. I started working on my FB store but I seriously doubt I will be using it. Like I said it's too difficult.

  4. Thank you for a wonderful video. If I already have a commerce website, is it best to check out on my website or through Facebook checkout, in which case, how do these products get subtracted from my inventory so I don’t oversell a product I don’t have?

  5. How does this work if your website is a multivendor site with multiple vendors selling through your site. Each vendor has their own products, shipping rules, tax base, return policies, etc. Can it work for something like that. An example would be a Magento store with multiple vendors.

  6. I am so lost. I keep getting error messages after going through all the steps. This is so frustrating and not user friendly. Also the link in the description for setting up Business Manager is not there. How many steps are there?

  7. Bit confused here. At 4:52 under state tax registration number, it says: this isn't your ssn or ein
But if you look up: state tax registration number it says: A state tax identification number (also known as a state EIN, a state employer ID, or a state tax registration) is a unique number assigned to a business or organization by the state where the business operates and is used for filing taxes and hiring employees. Can you explain this?

  8. May I ask why is the approval of my fb shop is taking a bit longer as expected? It was mentioned that approval will take a maximum of 4 weeks and it will its 4th week this week. May I ask what is lacking so I can comply with the necessary and have my shop be approve?

  9. Hi, I'm in my early 20's and this is my first time selling. No website but has a FB page. I don't have any idea even though I follow the guides but not sure what's happening.

My question is "FB commerce manager said my product is live but I don't see it?" I'm looking at it… I have been doing this for 12 hrs now. So I manually post it on my page cause I don't have any idea what's happening. And FYI I don't have any knowledge whatsoever about selling on another website, just this FB page

  10. Very well explained. I am currently doing a service business. I do album cover artworks for musicians, and I'm thinking of setting up a facebook shop for my pre-made cover artworks. Do you think that will work out as of October 14, 2020?
