When grabbing the div element by id, I thought you always would have to do something like document.getElementById("output").innerHTML, but here you were able to do it by simply typing output.innerHTML why does that work and can we do that all the time or just in this application? Please explain. I love your chanel.

  2. Thats great and all but can you pull a date out of the database (the date of a post or a comment for example ) and compare it to the realtime date and based on that comperison output a response = "posted today"+the value of the date/time
