7 DAILY HABITS THAT CHANGED MY LIFE / In this video I’m sharing with you the seven habits that have truly changed my life! If you’re in a place where you’re trying to make some positive, healthy, happy changes in your life, I know that these will really help you and none of them are that hard to do.

These have been things that I have been working on for the last couple of years and I feel like I really have them dialed in now. Just like I shared in the morning routine video (link is below), there are things that you can adapt to make work for you. You don’t have to do them all at once, you don’t have to do them all every single day, but each of these things has contributed to me being healthier, happier, in love, in a healthy relationship, loving of my family and my friends in more ways than I was able to when I was constantly working myself silly and reaching burnout. So excited to share my daily habits with you!

🙆‍♀️ This 1 THING made last month my most productive EVER 👇🏻⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Have I ever told you that I used to wake up at 2:55am? Yup, when I worked in morning TV, I would wake up at 2:55am Monday to Friday and be at work for 4am. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Since, then, I think my body has rebelled against being an early riser. I kinda looked at it as punishment to wake up super early. But, one thing I love more than anything else is SPACE. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I am my most creative when I have quiet time and I find that mornings are my best opportunity to create that space. So, I’ve been slowing working towards earlier starts to my day. I started with 6:45am for a week, then 6:30am, then 6:00am. And holy moly, it has made a massive difference in my peace of mind and productivity. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ I take the first hour of the day to myself and it is the best gift I’ve ever given myself. But, it took some serious mindset shifts and breaking old patterns (SWIPE TO SEE HOW YOU CAN DO THE SAME ➡️).⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And here’s the thing, I don’t deal well with rules, so the thought of waking up every single day at the same time still doesn’t appeal to me. So, I listen to my body, and I alter my schedule if necessary but my non-negotiable is 8 hours of sleep. I’m just a better human when I get that much rest. As women, we’re not meant to stick to a rigid schedule every single day (look up the infradian rhythm and cycle syncing to better understand why). This post is not meant to provoke perfectionism or punishing your body to do things you don’t want to, I’m not into blanket rules or saying that just because this works for me it’s meant for you. You do you, boo. Just never stop doing everything you can to serve yourself and take care of yourself. You are worth that nourishment. But, committing to an overall earlier start has been nothing but positive for me! ⁣I’m curious, what time do you wake up?   1. So I just discovered you and I looooove your channel. More of the general stuff over YouTube specific for me anyways. But I was wondering if you could maybe one day do a video to help with the issue i have. And that is I have a hard time working hours on the stuff I don’t like to do. Like product research, ughhhh lol. But then other things I love. I don’t know if I should like work 40 min shifts on it with something more enjoyable between sessions, or just tuff it out all at one time, or bite the bullet and hire a VA. Well that’s my idea for a vid because some parts of my day are necessary but burn me out bad. And the rest I love ❤️

    1. Making sure my clients are achieving their goals and are happy and on track with their goals
    2. Create more passive income streams
    3. Make my money work for me by investing in the stock market
    4. Balance and track what’s working and what’s not and why

  4. Great tips! I am a firm believer in exercise also– That's my time to allow for my wandering thoughts so when it is time to work I can be more focused. Also, my form of meditation is praying for others and giving thanks for the smallest things. That also sets the tone for my day! ❤

  5. Loved so many of these tips, but especially interested in working with what time of the month you're in. Did you read Alisa Vitti's book Woman Code? I'm in the middle of it and found it fascinating about what foods, movements and activities thrive or suck during different times of the moth.

    That 'robotic mode' is, why I didn't want to create a morning ritual in the beginning, because I need to listen to my body. But over time I kinda created one by listening to my body and I really like doing it now.

  10. I love that you included adding everything in your to-do list. When I make my daily lists I include things like meals and meditation because it is ridiculously satisfying to be able to check items off your To-Do list!

    Can it include my morning workout? That's my NUMBER ONE priority!
    TOP 4 in business:
    1- Client calls or communication
    2- social media update
    3- Client work that don't involve calls
    4- YouTube (either edit, record, comment, share videos)

  12. Hey Sunny, any advice for stay-at-home-working-moms? These are all great tips. I am struggling to practice some of them with a 7 month old. Your tip: REMOVE DECISIONS resonated with me the most. Any other tips for working mom’preneurs?

  13. These inspirational and mindset videos have been so well, inspirational!! lol! The idea of adjusting things to what time of the month I am in has revolutionised the way I think about my morning routine!!! I was feeling like a failure 2 weeks a month because I wasn't being "consistent!" I love calling it the morning flow! And Thankyou thankyou for the affirmations! I love love them!!!! So only 2 days in with this new mindset but feeling so much more grace for myself and excited about finding out what I want to do each morning from my "menu"

  17. Thank you for this Sunny. For years I've felt I NEED to do things. The last year or so I've slowly gotten out of that mindset. Now I choose to do things. I say no when before I would have said yes and it's the most liberating feeling.
    Meditation is a wonderful thing. I struggle with anxiety, however learning and reading about self worth has really helped, and so have your videos. It has been such a gift finding you. I cant thank you enough 💜

  18. Thanks for this, Sunny. #3 – listen to your body resonated most with me. Last week (before things got insane), I had a bad anxiety attack that was basically burn out but was centered around dealing with the reality of our 14 year old dog becoming diabetic and blind, my father in law entering hospice, and keeping up with a full time job and YouTube. My body was sending cues, and I wasn't listening. It took me a few days to get back in the mental space where I can post about it, and am glad that I did.
