    Which step is the MOST important for you???

  2. Biggest takeaway: Reaffirming the blood flow glucose to brain combo. Not just good to get moving first thing in the morning but also when you start to loose focus/motivation. We have a small trampoline at one of my jobs for this purpose. I have a hard time adding this to my routine when I am working on video editing and siting at the computer… I need to work on that. (maybe I will get my own trampoline…)

  3. I've never though about purposely smiling upon waking each day. Morning routines are really important and I help my clients set ones that are personalized to work for them, but I think I'll start having everyone add "smile" to the list. Who could argue that they don't have time for that?

  4. Love the mini movement tip! I don't exercise but I do stretches in the morning — just the simple act of engaging your whole body when so much of your work is about thinking and using your brain? It makes all the difference. It is very important to have something physical you do to clear your head.

  8. I have a similar morning plan and yes it does work. As a numerologist I also check in with my numbers which highlight my energy flow of the day. I confess it was watching one of your videos ages ago that go me off my pretend youtube into becoming a real youtuber with thumbnails and more. Back again as I want to raise my subscribers

Having said that, I don’t always wake with loads of energy – love the tips to get not just your eyes open but, your body prepped to be positive, organized and motivated to get things done!!   12. Thank you for this video. Placing the alarm clock outside of the room is a great idea. I set 3 alarm clocks on my phone and snooze all of them. Eventually I drag myself out of bed, but then I’m dragging for the rest of the day.

  14. Prepping the day before is essential for me. I need to be better about getting up of my own volition instead of in response to a baby crying for his bottle. In other words, I need to go to bed early enough that I can get up before the babies.
