We would recommend first creating a backup of your database should something go wrong.
With your backup created then install and activate the Better Search Replace plugin.
You will mostly want to use this on the wp_posts table and if you want to make your replace case insensitive or keep it case sensitive.
Starting with a dry run will also ensure that you do not replace more selections than you are expecting.
